对国内首台从芬兰AHLSTROM公司引进的CD压力式圆盘过滤机的结构、性能、特点、操作及影响过滤与洗涤效率的因素进行了分析与论述。CD压力式圆盘过滤机采用单一的白液分离和白泥预洗涤,自动控制刮刀进刀、短时间吹落、长时间吹落、酸洗程序等,全自动白液澄清,白液浊度低,性能优于国内常用的ECO白液压力过滤机。
