用正已烷溶解植物油,将样品用氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液直接皂化和甲酯化后,以毛细管柱DB-WAX作为分离柱,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS) 快速测定植物油的脂肪酸组成。
The plant oils were dissolved in hexane and then saponified and esterified before their components of farry acid were separated with capillary column DB - WAX and determined fast by GC- MS.
