摘要
近年来,果胶在食品、化工、医药等领域内被广泛应用。目前我国果胶生产现状为:生产企业为数不多,生产规模小,生产技术工艺相对落后,优质产品少,生产技术工艺中仍有部分问题尚未解决。根据国内外目前果胶的生产加工趋势,研究重点拟应放在盐析法、离子交换法、超滤浓缩、微生物法上,尽快研究开发出合理的生产工艺,充分利用我国丰富的果胶资源,实现其合理开发利用,必将产生积极的经济效益。
Recently,pectin is widely used in the field of food,chemical engineering,medicine,and so on .The present domestic situation of pectin producing is as follows:few pectin companies,small manufacturing scale,backward producing technology,few good products. According to the present situation,we should lay emphasis on salting-out,ion-exchange methods,ultrafiltration concentration and microbial conversions and empoldering rational producing technology as soon as possible to made use of sufficient pectin resource reasonably,then there will be positive economic effect.
