基因探针快速检测食品中单增李斯特氏菌

Rapid Detection of L.monocytogenes in Foodstuffs by Gene Probe Methods

应用AccuProbe基因探针方法快速检测食品中单增李斯特氏菌(Listeriamonocytogenes),结果表明,采用该基因探针方法检测食品中单增李斯特氏菌特异性强,对食品中单增李斯特氏菌鉴定时间仅需30min,采用增菌肉汤检测低限为7.5×107cfu/mL。对206个样品检测结果表明,AccuProbe基因探针方法可快速准确地检测食品中单增李斯特氏菌。

Rapid detection of Listeria monocytogenes in foodstuffs by AccuProbe gene probe methods was studied.The result showed that gene probe methods was a rapid and high-specificity detection method for Listeria monocytogenes and limits of detection was 7.5×107cfu/mL . Comparing to traditional method,the whole confirmation process could finished within 30min.Detection data from 206 sample indicated that AccuProbe gene probe method was a rapid,accurate and convenient method for detection of Listeria monocytogenes in foodstuffs.
