摘要
人才已成为经济和社会发展的第一资源 ,能否拥有和保持一支规模宏大的高素质的人才队伍 ,事关企业乃至国家兴衰成败。人才租赁是一种短、平、快的“借脑”和“柔性引进” ,它不是把人才当作“私有资产” ,而是让国内外专家、学者来去自由地服务于企业 ,这不失为一种经济全球化、网络化背景下应有的人才思路。
Resources of human talents have become the top one in the development of economy and society. To retain a great number of high quality human talents involves the flourishing and growing of the enterprises and even the country. Talent lease means “Borrowing Brains” and “Flexibly Introducing”, it's a research with a little investment but quick result. It doesn't mean that the talents are held as a “Private Property”, but it creates an area for the experts and the learned men from home and abroad to come and go freely and make their contribution to the enterprises. This is the right thinking of the human talents under the current situation of the economic globalization and network.
