摘要
知识经济是一种全新的经济形态 ,它与企业文化之间有着非常密切的关系。知识经济的到来对企业文化提出了更高的要求 ,我国企业必须依照时代的要求重构自己的企业文化 ,它主要包括四个方面 :以人本管理为中心 ;以企业精神为重点 ;以创新观念为灵魂 ;以知识共享为支柱。
There is close connection between knowledge economy, the latest form of economy and enterprise culture. The coming of such an economy raises higher requirement to enterprise culture, and enterprise in China must reconstruct their culture in accordance with the times' demand, which involves four aspects: personnel-centred management as the base; enterprise spirit as the key; innovation as the soul and sharing of information as the standpoint.
