针对经济全球化 ,特别是我国加入世界贸易组织后的新形势 ,针对国际反倾销案件日益增多的新情况 ,分析我国反倾销现状、反倾销立法重要性和相关建议。
In allusion to the economic globalization especially to the new position f China's Entrance to the WTO, and to the increasing of international anti-dumping case in China, analysing the anti-dumping situation, the essentiality of anti-dumping legislation and some relative advices to it.
