城市作为生产力发展的产物 ,在不同的经济时期 ,它将有不同的内部结构、职能构成、不同的相互作用及不同的地域空间结构模型。特别是数字化时代 ,城市空间结构将趋于网络化发展 ,形成总体上分散化和个体综合性的网络结构特征。由于发达的通迅和交通方式的联系 ,城市网络将取代当今越来越难以控制的大城市。本文从城市网络产生原因入手 ,对城市网络的特征作了较全面的分析 。

Advancement of productivity brought about cities, which vary from internal structures?functional constitutions?interaction and region space filling models in different economic times. Especially in digital time, cities will be a kind of network structure that is to be decentralized totally and comprehensive individually. Because developed communication and transportation, city town network will displace the big cities which is becoming more and more diffcult to manage.
