摘要
本文介绍8039单片机在扬声器纸盘自动成型机上的应用。描述了控制系统的硬件组成和软件原理,其主要特点是用8243芯片灵活方便地扩展 I/O 口和用特征字改行 I/O 及内存管理。此外,还讨论了单片机控制中的几种时间继电器,着重讨论了用软件编制程序时间继电器的问题。最后介绍了系统的抗干扰措施。
This paper introduces the application of 8039 single chip microcomputer in the automatic shaping machine for loudspeaker paper cone.The principle of the control system including hardware construction and software principle is described,it’s advantages is the extending of I/O port with 8243 chip and the managment of I/O port and memory with characteristic word.In addition,it also discusses some kinds of time relay used within the control of singh chip microcomputer,the time relay programed with software is discussed mainly.Finally, the anti-interference measure of the system is introduced.
