摘要
为了了解BFA对动物免疫细胞增殖的影响,以伴刀豆球蛋白(ConA)作为阳性药,用MTT法检测了BFA对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性的影响。实验结果显示,极低浓度的BFA对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性就有显著的促进作用,其促进效果与ConA相似。且不同浓度的BFA的促进作用在一定范围内显示正量效关系。在过高浓度的BFA作用下,虽然量效关系不明显,但未出现抑制作用。证明BFA在淋巴细胞转化阶段对于细胞免疫有显著的增强作用。而且BFA的毒性极小,大量使用不易出现毒副作用。
The study was designed to compare effects of mice spleen thymus dependent lymphocyte (T lymphocyte) growth and transformation of concanavalin (Con A) and biotechnical fulvic acid (BFA) with the MTT colorimetric assay. The result showed that the very lower consistency (0025 mg/L) could advance growth of cultural mice spleen T lymphocyte in 96 site plate. The effects of advance was as same as Con A. And it had dose\|effect in a certain consistencies. It had no toxicity in higher consistency (250 mg/L). So that BFA could advance notably lymphocyte transformation in lymphocyte immunity. As the toxicity of BFA was very low, it should be used in medicines.
