摘要
全员岗位聘任制是高校人事制度改革的重要内容,这一改革不仅带来了用人办法、考核办法、薪酬发放等方面的变化,也对人的观念给予了巨大冲击。在目前的情况下,既要实施改革措施,也要考虑到人们的心理承受能力。因此,要处理好岗位与身分的关系,积极改革分配制度,做好不同系列人员的聘任工作,充分调动全员积极性,提高工作效益。
The System of Personnel Employment Adopted for All Posts is a key element of the reform of the human resources system in colleges and universities. Such a reform is bringing not only changes on measures regarding personnel employment, checks, salary assignment, etc,but also changes on the traditional mentality. Under the present situation, the necessary consideration should be taken on the psychological endurance limit while to carry out the measure of reform.Consequently, system of personnel employment should well maintain the relationship between posts and statuses, take initiative to reform the assignment system, properly manage the employment of personnel of various posts, fully encourage the enthusiasm of all employees and improve efficiency and profits.
