不断地进行产品创新是企业保持其竞争优势的重要前提。以信息集成和技术集成为基础的新产品开发技术对传统的产品创新管理模式提出了新的挑战。面向产品创新的技术、组织和人为综合的管理集成研究越来越多。本文首先分析了产品创新中的管理集成的研究现状及存在问题 ,提出了管理集成实施的系统框架模型 。

Constant product innovation is an important premise for an enterprise to maintain the superiority in market competition. The technology of new product development on the basis of integration of information and integration of technology have set up challenge to traditional mode of product innovation. More and more studies have emphasized on managerial integration on the basis of a synthesis of technology, organization and human. In this paper, the present situation and problems of the study on managerial integration in product innovation are analysed, then, the systematic frame model of the implement of managerial innovation is presented, and the process of its implement is discussed in detail.
