摘要
为了实现我国高新技术产品科学化、规范化和定量化的认定 ,本文从高新技术产业管理实际和发展需要出发 ,运用系统分析的思想方法分析高新技术及其产品的特性和含义 ,设计了高新技术产品认定的基本原则、建立了定量化认定指标体系 ,并对各指标含义及数据的采集方法进行了研究。
In order to identify high/new technology products scientifically, standardizingly and quantitatively, this paper starts the research from the need of managerial practice and development of high-tech industry, analyses the characteristics and implication of high/new technology and its products by using the thoughts and methods of systems analysis. Then, designs the fundamental principals and establishes quantitative indexes setup for identifying high/new technology products, and studies the implication of each index and data collecting methods.
