本文从我国国情出发 ,提出了在当前条件下 ,技术创新以模仿创新为主进而实现技术跨越的观点。借鉴韩国快速发展的经验 ,在模仿创新过程中必须重视政府的作用。文中从创造良好的社会和市场环境 ,推动引进购买型模仿创新 ,培育、扶持大企业集团 ,以及支持中小企业发展 4个方面对这一问题进行了阐述。

According to the reality of our country, the author insists that we should gain leapfrogging by imitation. However, learning from Korea, we must make government play a great role in the process of imitation, including giving a impulse to imitation, fostering large-scale enterprises, encouraging the development of medium-small enterprises and creating an ideal environment.
