随着高新技术的迅猛发展,图书馆正在发生着巨大的变化,但是,图书馆的教育职能和情报职能不会变,它为读者服务的宗旨也不会变。新形势下图书馆应采取多种方式,做好读者服务工作。

Along with the rapid development of high- and new- technology, the library is changing greatly. But the educational function and information function of the library can't be changed, and its aim of serving the readers can't be changed, too. The library should adopt various methods to do well the work of serving the readers under new situation.
