Development of Hospital Work Quality Evaluation System Based on Fuzzy Overall Judgment

应用模糊综合评判的多级模型和数学中的“老手法”,采用医院主要统计指标和患者评议相结合的方法,对医院工作质量进行了合理、科学的综合评价。在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

By using the multistage models of fuzzy overall judgment and the “old methods” of mathematics, and adopting the method of combining hospital's main statistical indexes with patients' discussion, this paper provides a system of making rational and scientific overall judgment on hospital's work quality.
