Analysis on Storey Adding Scheme of Multi-storey Building with Brick-concrete Structure

通过对某砖混结构办公楼由3层增至6层的改造工程论述,提出在原建筑物上部整体刚度较差时,可采用外套框架结构方案,达到增层的目的。

Through the discussion on the transformation engineering of an office building with brick-concrete structure added from 3 storey to 6 storey, this paper points out that the jacket frame structure can be used when the whole stiffness of original building's upper part is lower for the purpose of storey adding.
