摘要
介绍了用原子吸收在气相状态下对非金属S^(2-)进行直接测定的方法。该法不仅具有较高的灵敏度(b=7.48A/ mg)、精密度和准确性,同时与标准方法相比较具有无需预先分离、显色的特点;更具有意义的是该方法的研究是利用原子吸收这一测定金属元素的专用仪器,完成了对非金属的直接测定。本法在选定的条件下,S^(2-)在0~50μg范围内与吸光度(A)成线性关系。
The direct determination of sulphide (S2-) by AAS in gaseous state had higher sensitivity (b = 7.48A/ mg) and precision without prescpration and colouration compared with the standard method. Meanwhile, the significance was that AAS, the special purpope instrument for metallicelements, could be used to determine nonmetallic elements directly. On the choosen condition, S2-was linearly related to absorbance at the range of 0-50μg
