摘要
本文通过数据、图表详尽叙述了哈萨克斯坦境内滑坡、泥石流等主要自然灾害的时空分布、成因类型及其各山地不同阶段冰川泥石流发展变化过程和演变趋势。介绍了哈萨克斯坦在滑坡、泥石流等自然灾害防治方面所采用的各不同类型且适用性较强的防治措施和手段。
The Landslide and debris flow arc the most dangerous exogenous phenomena in Kazakhstan. The cover 13.3% of the republic territory, i. e. about 360thousand square kin. The number of active debris flow basins in Kazakhstan is over 300 with registered cases of more than 600 debris flows of defferent genesis. Most frequent is the heavy-shower debris flows, making up 80% of the total, and the glacial debris flows make up about 15% of the total. But the scale and intensity of the later is stronger than that of former.Through some tables and figures and examples this paper describled the variation and develop tendency of debris flow in various mountainous regions in Kazakhstan and introduced some success ful and advanced results in preventing landslide and debris flow disasters.
