摘要 根据对国外大型运载火箭贮箱箱体材料的分析研究 ,结合我国贮箱研制经验 ,对铝 -镁系、铝-铜 -镁系、铝 -铜 -锰系、铝 -锂系铝合金和碳 /环氧复合材料进行分析对比 ,提出我国新一代 5m级运载火箭的贮箱材料以选择铝 -铜 -锰系的 14 7(2B16 )合金为宜 ,并建议对用于贮箱的 14 7合金板材的含氢量给予明确限定 。 According to the analysis of materials for launch vehicle tanks abroad and the experience in tank manufacturing at home and by comparing among the alloys of Al-Mg,Al-Cu-Mg, Al-Cu-Mn, Al-Li, carbon/epoxy composites materials, it is pointed out that the material for new type 5m in diameter launch vehicle tanks at home should be 147 (2B16) alloy. A suggestion is made that hydrogen content in 147 plate for tanks should be limited strictly in order to reduce the weld porosity.
