新疆乡镇企业布局研究

STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF VILLAGE AND TOWN—OPERATED ENTERPRISES IN XINJIANG

本文根据新疆乡镇企业的发展现状及其在国民经济中的地位与作用,揭示了它分布的5个指向性特点,并以乡镇企业的主导产业和主体经济成份——乡村工业为对象,集中分析了乡村纺织、煤炭、建材、食品、化工五大工业的地区分布、生产能力和发展水平,以及全疆109个乡镇骨干企业的分布特点,总结了新疆乡镇企业存在的同题,对今后的发展布局划分了新疆北部、中部、南部3个乡镇企业经济区,提出了各区的资源优势、薄弱环节和今后的发展方向。

The five distribution characteristics of the village and town—operated enterprise were carried out based on the presentstate of the village and town—operated enterprises and their status and role in national economy. Taking the village industry, the leading industrial and main economic part of the village and town—operated enterprises, as the object of study, it is analyzed mainly on the regional distribution, productive ability, development level of the five main industries, such as spinning and weaving, coal, building materials, food and chemical industries, and the distribution characteristics of 109 village and town—operated backbone enterprises in Xinjiang. Three economic regions of village and town—operated enterprise in the northern part, central part and southern part of Xinjiang were divided. The superiority of resources, weak links, existing problems, and developing orientation in the every region are put forward.
