摘要
面对信息化、全球化的浪潮,对师范教育功能的认识不应仅限于师范教育如何对社会所提出的要求所作出的回应,而应从师范教育的内在属性出发寻找其变迁的动力与合法性基础。伴随着知识的增长方式与教师社会地位的变迁,有关师范教育功能的讨论也不应仅限于专业性与师范性的争论与探讨,还应更多地涉及社会转型过程中的知识性质与教师社会地位的变迁,呈现出应对社会发展的多元开放功能景象。
The nature of the function of modern teacher education should be open. Our understanding of the function of teacher education should be focused not only on professionalism and teacher training, but also on the nature of knowledge and the changing status of teachers in the transformational age. This paper aims to reconstruct the concept of teacher education and explore its complicated functional system.
