在经济分配问题上 ,仅仅坚持现有的正义原则是不够的 ,市场经济的一般正义原则必须得到道义精神的补充 ,在经济生活中 ,基于道义的分配是现实存在的。在实际操作上 ,道义精神的发扬以一般正义原则的有效贯彻为条件 ,并且可以纳入到一般正义体系中得到落实 ;正义原则的完善以社会道义要求的提出为动力 。

In actual managing, to encourage the spirit of humanitarianism makes it a condition that the basic principles of justice must be put into effect and can be carried out by being brought into the system of basic principles of justice. The motive force from the moral requirement can perfect the principles of justice. Also, the principles can not be carried out without personal moral qualities and humanitarian spirit.
