经济全球化,强化了中心城市的地位和作用。提高城市竞争力是新世纪城市发展的任务和目标。城市竞争力是综合竞争力,文化竞争力是城市竞争力的重要组成部分,具有重要的地位和作用。大力发展文化产业是提高城市竞争力的亮点。大力发展文化产业,要对文化、文化事业和文化产业进行项目区分;要进行市场运作;要注重满足消费需求,注重创造和培养消费需求;要营造弘扬先进文化的环境;要更新观念、进行体制改革和机制创新;要以城市为中心,带动农村和区域文化产业的发展。
Globalization strengthens the position and role of big cities. It is the purpose and goal for cities to increase their competitive ability in new century. The competitive ability of a city is comprehensive competitive ability and cultural competitive ability is one of the important parts and plays a crucial role. To promote the development of cultural industry is the focus to increase the competition of a city. We must promote cultural industry, by way of detailing the culture, cultural career and cultural industry, doing thing by market function, meeting demand of consumers and creating or cultivating the demand of consumption, making better environment for advanced culture, changing our mind and reforming our economic system and bringing along the development of culture in rural area.
