摘要 为探查茉莉酸类 (JAs)植物激素对花粉萌发的影响 ,研究了二氢茉莉酸 (DHJA)和茉莉酸甲酯 (MeJA)对水稻花粉萌发的效应。将自然开颖散粉的水稻花粉弹落在不含和含不同浓度的DHJA或MeJA的半固体花粉发芽培养基上 ,2 9℃下保温保湿培养 5min镜检观察花粉萌发情况。结果表明 :0 .5~ 2 .5mmol/L的DHJA或MeJA明显抑制水稻花粉的萌发 ,浓度达 2 .5mmol/L时 ,不仅花粉的萌发几乎完全受到抑制 ,而且可见内含物直接从花粉中喷出。 To understand the possible influence of jasmonates on pollen germination, the effects of dihydrojasmonic acid (DHJA) and methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on rice pollen germination were investigated. Rice pollens from spikelets of natural anthesis were harvested and immediately spread onto pollen germination mediums with or without DHJA or MeJA of different concentrations. After the pollens were cultured at 29 ℃ under moist condition for 5 minutes, the percentage of germinated pollen was surveyed with microscope. The results showed that DHJA and MeJA at the concentrations from 0.5 to 2.5 mmol/L inhibited the germination of rice pollens. At the concentration of 2.5 mmol/L, not only pollen germination was almost completely inhibited but also the phenomenon of matrix spraying out directly from the pollens with no germination was observed in DHJA or MeJA treatments.
