摘要
综述了园艺植物多酚氧化酶基因的分离与克隆、结构、特征、表达调控及其反义遗传转化方面的研究进展。
Isolation and cloning, structures, characteristics, expression and regulation of polyphenol oxidase genes and their antisense genetic transformation in horticultural plants are reviewed in this paper.
