摘要 介绍了鸡胰岛素样生长因子 -I(IGF -I)的结构、功能 ,并阐述了该基因的遗传变异与生产性能相关的最近研究进展。 The structure and functions of chicken insulin-like growth factor-I are reviewed; the progress in the research of the relationship between the genetic variability of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) and performance is summarized in this paper.
