加入WTO给山西各产业尤其是农业、工业及金融业都带来前所未有的冲击 ,寻求和赢得竞争优势是山西迎接入世的战略重点。山西要想提高其世界经济竞争力 ,首先必须提高人力资源质量。本文针对山西省农业、工业、金融业的现状 ,提出一系列应对WTO的积极对策。

Entering WTO has brought unprecedented attempts at all productions,especially agriculture,industry and financial business in Shanxi.The strategical key of Shanxi for weloming entering WTO is to find and win the competitive advantages.In order to raise competive ability in the world economy,we must raise quality of human resources first.This paper put forwards a series of positive tactics for dealing with WTO according to the present situation of agriculture,industry and financial business in Shanxi.
