在经济全球化及WTO的背景下讨论青年的道德教育 ,是一个非常必要而且紧迫的问题。新的形势下要突出对青年爱国情操、规则意识、服务精神的道德教育 ;要重视对青年道德判断和评价能力的培养 ,融合多种道德教育途径。这样才能促进青年道德品质的健康发展 ,才能使青年一代适应新形势的变化与发展 ,符合我国培养高素质人才的需要。

Under the background of economic globalization and WTO,it is necessary and urgent for us to discuss moral education of youngsters.In the new situation we should pay special attention to youngsters' moral education including patriotic sentiment,consciousness of regulation and spirit of services,to fostering youngsters' moral judgement and assessment ability and mixing many kinds of moral educational approaches.Thus we can promoe the healthy development of moral quality and make the young generation adapt to the change and development of the new situation,which may meet the needs of cultivating talents with high quality.
