The Development of Students Talents should be the Core of Modern Education

现代教育的核心是重视学生的智力发展:一要加强学生认知能力的培养,对信息转换能力、逻辑运演能力、控制调节能力进行集中训练;二要重视学生创造性思维的培养,采取科学的训练方法,在求新设趣、奇思妙想、集智生疑和发散聚合各个方面下大功夫,从而达到提高学生整体智力水平的目的。

This paper holds that the core of modern education is to attach great importance to the development of students talents. First, the cultivation of students cognitive ability should be strengthened and their ability to transforn information,to deduce logic, to conrtol and adjust their emotion be trained intensively. Second, attention should be paid to fostering their creative thinking and great efforts should be made to encourage to seek novelty and take interest in things other than their studies and to reason in a strange and clever way, and to inspire them to pool their wisdom and be critical of accepted ideas and thoughts.
