摘要
如何理解和定义"宪政",作者认为并非不证自明。文章首先比较了中西法学家对宪政所作的阐释,并考察了宪政文化的历史背景,进而认为现代宪政的概念模式应当是自由、民主与法治的三位一体。
The author don't think it is not self-proved how to define and understand the constitutionalism. Firstly, the article compares the definition by the jurists in westem counties and China and then probes the historical background of constitutional culture, and defines the concept of constitutionalism as the coalition of democracy liberty and rule of law.
