端粒酶活性与良、恶性骨肿瘤细胞分化程度的相关性研究

摘要 目的 探讨端粒酶活性与良、恶性骨肿瘤生长发育的关系 ,为临床早期诊断骨肉瘤提供理论依据。方法 采用银染法检测了 5 6例良性骨肿瘤、 90例骨肉瘤及其瘤旁组织细胞中的端粒酶 ( Telomerase,TL MA)活性 ,探讨良、恶性骨肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性表达的差异以及端粒酶活性与骨肉瘤细胞分化程度的关系。结果 骨肉瘤端粒酶的阳性率显著高于良性骨肿瘤 ,两者的瘤旁组织中皆无端粒酶活性表达 ;处于分化程度较差的骨肉瘤其端粒酶活性显著高于分化程度较高的骨肉瘤。结论 检测骨肿块细胞中端粒酶的活性有助于良、恶性骨肿瘤的早期鉴别诊断 ,亦有助于了解骨肉瘤的恶性程度 。 Objective To explore the relationship between telomerase activity and the development of benign, malignant bone neoplasma to provide theoretical groundwork for early diagnosis of osteosarcoma. Methods Telomerase activities in 56 benign bone neoplasmas and 90 osteosarcomas and their adjacent non-tumor tissues were detected by TRAP. The differences of telomerase expression in benign and malignant bone tumors,and the correlation between telomerase activity and the differentiation of osteosarcoma was investigated. Results Positive rate of telomerase in malignant bone tumor was significantly higher than in benign bone tumor, whatsoever benign bone tumor or malignant bone tumor the telomerase activity of adjacent non-tumor tissues was negative. Positive rate of telomerase in the osteosarcoma of high differentiation was significantly higher than that in low differetiation osteosarcoma. Conclusion Detection of telomerase in bone tumors was helpful to the early diagnosis of benign and malignant bone neoplasmas, and understanding malignancy of osteosarcoma.
