对称狭窄情况下的动脉血液流动和大分子传质 被引量:2

BLOOD FLOW AND MACROMOLECULAR TRANSPORT IN ARTERY WITH AXISYMMETRIC STENOSIS

摘要 本文针对动脉狭窄的情况 ,采用数值方法求解了定常 /脉动流场和低密度脂蛋白 (LDL) /血清蛋白(albumin)的浓度分布。主要结果是在壁面剪应力最小而变化又最剧烈处 ,LDL/albumin)的壁面浓度最高。这说明依赖于流动的大分子聚积对动脉硬化和内膜增生的位置起重要作用。 The blood flow and macromolecular transport in an artery with axisymmetric stenosis were studied by means of a computational fluid dynamics method under conditions of steady and oscillatory flow. The numerical solutions of flow field and concentration profiles of low density lipoprotein(LDL) and albumin were obtained. The main result was that the highest surface concentration of LDL or albuminest corresponded well to the location where the wall shear stress was the lowest and the variation was the high. This result shows that the flow-dependent concentration of macromolecules played an important role in the localization of atherosclerosis and intimal hyperplasia.
