摘要
目的 :以水溶性高分子材料PEG 4 0 0 0为基质 ,研究山腊梅滴丸的最佳制备工艺条件。方法 :以滴丸的成型率 (% )为筛选指标 ,以冷凝液上部的温度、滴丸滴制过程的滴速及冷却柱高度为考察因素 ,采用正交设计对山腊梅滴丸的制备工艺进行优选。结果 :山腊梅滴丸滴制过程中冷凝液上部的温度应控制在 35~ 4 0℃、滴丸滴制过程的滴速为 5 0~ 6 0滴·min-1、冷却柱高度 10 0cm为宜 ,按此优化条件制备的山腊梅滴丸成型率最高。结论 :为提高山腊梅制剂的稳定性提供参考。
Objective:To study the technological parameters of the chimonanthus nitens drop pills in using the PEG4000 as matrics.Method: The process was studied by orthogonal experiment design using orthogonal form L 9(3 4)wih moulding probability of drug pills as the cvaluation quota to decide the best dropping condition, and the three factors were the temperature of refrigerant, the dropping speed of drop pills and the height of freeze pillar. Results: The results showed that in order to get the highest moulding probability of the chimonanthus nitens drop pills, the the optimal process was that the chimonanthus nitens drop pills should be dropped into the refrigerant of 35~40 ℃ by 50~60 dropping per minute with the height of freeza pillar at 120 cm.Conclusion: The methods of the optimization about the moulding technics of drop pills are useful for the chimonanthus nitens drop pills.
