Diazepan Differentiated Rapidly in Patients' Intragastric Materials

目的 :对药物中毒患者的胃内容物进行分析 ,判断致其昏迷的药物因素。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对胃内容物中的物质进行定性鉴别。结果 :检出地西泮。结论 :该方法简便、快速 ,结论明确、可靠。

AIM: To analyze rapidly the intragastric substances of comatose patients caused by the drugs, in order to judge the medical factors leading to coma. Method:TLC was used for patient's intragastric substances to identify qualitatively. Result:Diazepan was rapidly found. Conclusion:This method is concise and the result is explicit.
