影响体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠的因素分析

Factors affecting the clinical pregnancy in the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的 :探讨IVF -ET中影响临床妊娠率的因素。方法 :对 149例不孕夫妇 16 0周期IVF -ET治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :妊娠组与非妊娠组的女性患者平均年龄、使用促性腺激素 (Gn)量、移植优质胚胎数、移植后移植管带血率有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 5 ;两组的使用Gn天数、取卵数、hCC日子宫内膜厚度及类型、移植胚胎数、原发性不孕率、移植时困难度、血清免疫性抗体阳性率均无显著性差异 ,P >0 0 5。结论 :女性年龄、优质胚胎移植数目、移植后移植管带血是影响IVF -ET成功的重要因素。

Objective:To analyze the various factors in the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) program that may affect the clinical pregnancy.Methods:A retrospective study was done on 160 IVF-ET cycles of 149 couples with barrenness between March 2000 and December 2001.Results:Significant differences were observed between conception and non-conception group in female age, dosage of gonadotrophin ampoules, and number of transferred embryos with good quality(P<0.05).Blood on the embryo transfer catheter was significantly associated with clinical pregnancy.The history of previous prenancy and difficulty in embryo transfer did not affect the clinical pregnancy. There were no difference between pregnancy and non-pregnancy cycles in the number of oocyte, endometrial thickness and types, number of total transferred embryo, stimulating days and positive rate of serum immunological antibodies(P>0.05).Conclusion:Female age, quality of transferred embryo and blood on the embryo transfer catheter are important factors affecting the clinical pregnancy of IVF-ET.
