摘要
频率响应是光电耦合隔离放大器的一个重要参数。通过理论分析和实验研究详细讨论了光电耦合隔离放大器的频率特性与组成放大器的元器件参数以及外接元件参数的关系。
Frequency response is an important parameter of the optically coupled isolation amplifier. In this paper,the frequency response is analyzed in detail. The results show that its frequency characteristics are dependent on the electrical and optical parameters of the components which it contains, as well as on the parameters of the outerconnected components.
