摘要
本文研究二齿差齿活齿传动的齿形综合正解:给出了激波凸轮常用曲线及对应的等效机构;应用瞬时等效机构法及转角等距移距直接修形法,推导出齿形综合正解的理论齿形和实际齿形方程式;给出齿形综合正解实例。
The problem of the direct solution to cog synthesis in sliding-teeth gear tranmis-sion with two teeth difference is analysed in this paper. The commonly employed curve of shock: wave cam and corresponding equivalent mechanism are given. With the help of the methods of transient equivalent mechanism and rotation angle-equidistance shift conditioning, the theoretical cog equation and applicable profile equation using the direct solution are derived . An illustration of using the direct solution is given.
