摘要
本文利用一种结构新颖的径向柱塞变量汞为基泵,将电液比例技术应用于恒压变量泵的控制上,开发了一种电-液一体化节能液压元件。该电液比例恒压调节器采用“压力直接检测反馈”和“级问动压反馈”两项新原理,改善了泵的非线性度、滞环、恒压误差及其稳定性。文中不仅在理论上分析了泵的结构参数对调节系统的影响,并且实验研究了恒压调节器的三个结构参数对恒压泵动态特性的影响。结果表明,该泵具有优良的静动态性能,可作为恒压源应用于液压系统中,有着显著的节能意义。
Using the new principles of 'directly tested pressure feedback' and ''stage-to-stage transient pressure difference feedback', a new type of variable displacement radial piston pump with a built-in electrohydraulic proportional pressure controller has been recenty developed for the purpose of energy saving. Nonlinearity,hysteresis loop,pressure error,and stability of the pump have been improved. Some important constructional parameters of the pump having the influence on the dynamic characteristics of the controlling system are discussed and the results of theoretical analysis of the pump' s simplified model and experimental investigation of the influence of three configuration parameters of the controller on the dynamic behavior of the pump are also presented in this paper. The experimental results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the pump are very satisfactory. It can be used as a constant pressure power source in hydraulic systems.
