A Computation Model With Boundary Integral Equations for Weld Pools

本文提出了准稳态焊接熔池的三维边界积分方程计算模型,介绍了熔池作用力和边界条件的处理方法及计算模型的求解步骤。该计算模型是用边界单元法进行熔池现象计算机模拟的基础。

A 3-D computatiom model with boundary integral equations for weld pools in quasi-steady state is proposed in this paper. The forces acting on the pool and the treatment of boundary conditions as well as the solving procedures of the model are discussed laying a foundation for the computor simulation of the phenomenom of weld pools using boundary element method.
