摘要 本文介绍了利用正交试验法在焊剂基本组元中确定最佳配方的全过程以及解决堆焊层铌含量不足和脱渣性较差的办法。所研制的两种焊剂HD-1,HD-2分别适合于堆焊过渡层和表面层的烧结焊剂,参照、热壁加氢反应器生产标准进行了物理、化学、机械性能等试验,结果表明该焊剂在高速堆焊过程中完全满足工艺性能、机械性能和化学成份等要求。与国外同类焊剂对比,其主要性能指标达到国外同类焊剂水平。 The complete procedure of determining the optimal compositions of fluxes by means of orthogonal test and an improving measure for worse detachability and the insuffi ciency of element Nb in the overlay layer are introduced in this paper. The fluxes HD-land HD-2 developed are found to be suitable for overlay welding of first layer and surface layer, respectively. The test for physical .chemical,and mechanical propertise are conducted accord ing to the production standards of the filled hyorogen reactor and it is found that these fluxes meet completely the needs of high-speed overlay welding in regard to technological .mechanical, and chemical properties. As compared with the same sort of flux produced abroad,they are performing as well as the former.
