摘要
水分胁迫下玉米叶片光合速率和叶绿素含量下降,复水试验表明,二者在轻度和中度胁迫下较易恢复,重度胁迫下恢复能力很弱。尤其是经重度胁迫后,叶绿素含量在复水初期仍保持下降趋势,说明光合作用受抑制不仅表现在逆境过程中,而且延续到逆境解除之后。抗旱性强的品种在水分胁迫下能维持较高的光合速率和叶绿素含量,而且复水后其恢复能力也较强。
The photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of the leaves decreased under water stress. The recovering ability of them were strong under light and moderate water stress, but weak under severe stress after rewatering and chlorophyll content still declined during primary period of rewatering. The fact showed the photosynthesis was restrained until elimination of water stress. Compared with droughtsensitive cultivar, the droughtresistant had the lower reduction extent and higher recovering ability.
