摘要
选用 9只瘘管羊 ,采用完全随机区组设计 (以体质量为区组 )研究日粮中分别添加 30mg/kg和 6 0mg/kg氢醌对干物质、中性洗涤纤维 (NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维 (ADF)在瘤胃中降解率和降解参数的影响。结果表明 ,在日粮中添加 30mg/kg和 6 0mg/kg氢醌可以明显提高干物质、NDF和ADF的有效降解率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但对外流速度 (k)没有显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。应用脲酶抑制剂可以显著提高NDF的 4 8h降解率 ,ADF的 2 4h和 4 8h的降解率 (P <0 .0 5 )。上述结果表明 ,在含有尿素的日粮中添加适宜水平的氢醌有利于氨的的释放与底物发酵同步 ,从而导致了纤维物质消化率的提高。
Nine cannulated sheep were used to evaluate the effects of the recommended 30 or 60 mg/kg of hydroquinone (HQ) level on the degradability and degradable parameters of DM, NDF and ADF in the rumen using a completely randomized block design(blocked by initial live weight).The results showed that supplementation of 30 mg or 60 mg HQ to complete diet for sheep improved effective degradability of DM, NDF and ADF(P<0.05), but had no effect on passage rate of these fractions. The urease inhibitor increased NDF degradability for 48 h incubation and ADF degradability for 24 or 48 h incubation in situ, respectively. The study suggested that inclusion of optimal level of HQ in urea-containing diet induced to a more synchronous rumen fermentation and resultant increase in fiber digestion in the rumen.
