摘要
采用了附着力测定仪、冲击试验器、冲蚀磨损试验机等手段,对纳米复合涂层、普通涂层的附着力、耐冲击性和抗冲蚀磨损性能进行了研究。探讨了无机物颗粒形态和尺度等因素对两种涂层抗,中蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明,由于纳米粒子的增强、增韧效果明显,使得纳米复合涂层比普通涂层具有更好的抗冲蚀磨损性能。
The properties of nanocomposite coatings and common coatings have been studied by means of adhesion, impulsion and flowing wear test machine, which include adhesion, impulsion-resistance and abrasion resistance. It has been investigated that the influnce of the particles form and scale on the abrasion-resistance of two kinds of coatings. It shows that the nanocomposite coatings has the better property of abrasion resistance than the common one because the nanometer particles has the obvious effect of strengthening and toughening.
