带式输送机凹弧段曲率半径的非标设计

摘要 针对老厂改造中经常遇到的带式输送机因受场地和工艺条件的限制而无法布置的情况 ,介绍带式输送机凹弧段曲率半径的非标设计方法。着重叙述了如何确定凹弧段曲率半径 ,并提出了防止带式输送机空载起动时输送带脱离托辊的措施。实践证明 ,该非标设计方法是可行的 。 Considering the fact that the arrangement of belt conveyor can not be carried out due to limitations of field and process conditions which are often encountered in the revamp of existing plants, non standard design for concave curvature radius of belt conveyor has been introduced The introduction puts emphasis on the determination of concave curvature radius and the prevention measures against divorcement from roller during start up of conveyer have also been put forward It is proved by practice that this non standard design is feasible, which can be used as reference for similar technical revamp project
