摘要
针对 4 0kt a硫铁矿制酸装置转化系统的Ⅳ换热器 ,先后采用了双折流板管壳式、空心环缩放管管壳式两种换热器 ,对两者的运行情况进行了传热系数和设备阻力的测定与分析 ,结果表明 :空心环缩放管管壳式换热器的传热系数为 2 8 7W / (m2 ·℃ ) ,是双折流板管壳式的 195 % ;总阻力为 15 0 0Pa ,仅为双折流板管壳式的 4 7% ;其设备投资只有双折流板管壳式的 5 6 4 2 % ;
For the heat exchangers Ⅱ in the conversion system of the 40 kt/a acid production from pyrite, double baffle tube shell exchanger and hollow ring tube shell exchanger have been used successively and their operating conditions including heat transfer coefficient and equipment resistance are measured and analyzed The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the hollow ring tube shell exchanger is 28 7 W/(m 2· ℃),which is 195% of that of the double baffle tube shell exchanger;total resistance is 1 5 kPa, which is only 47% of that of double baffle tube shell exchanger;its equipment investment is only 56 42% that of double baffle tube shell exchanger;meanwhile, it also overcomes problems existing in the double baffle tube shell exchanger such that the baffle is susceptible to acid clay
