尿素与氯化钾生成的低共熔物熔点低、相对临界湿度低 ,给生产控制带来了许多困难。介绍了装置建设中应考虑的问题和 2 0 0kt a尿基NPK复合肥装置固体物料部分的工艺流程 ,并指出了造粒过程。
The eutectic solution from urea and potassium chloride poses a lot of difficulties for the production control due to its low melting point and low relative critical humidity It introduces problems to be considered in the plant construction and the process flow regarding the solid material part for the 200 kt/a urea NPK compound fertilizer plant, and points out the main production control points in the granulation process, drying process and cooling process
