摘要 针对贵州省在发展磷化工中引用云南省的制磷电炉 ,投运后产量低、电炉电耗高的问题 ,分析了主要影响因素 ,是贵州磷矿中的w(SiO2 )低、w(Fe2 O3)高 ,造成入炉炉料总量高而引起的。指出在设计制磷电炉时必须考虑磷矿石化学组成的影响 。 In view of problems existing in the phosphorus production furnace introduced from Yunnan Province by Guizhou Province during its phosphate chemicals development such as the yield is low and electricity consumption is high, it analyzes that the main affecting factor is that the w (Fe 2O 3) in Guizhou phosphorite is higher which leads to total charge is high It points out that the influence of chemical composition of phosphorite must be considered during the design for the electric furnace for phosphorus production so as to avoid mistakes
