摘要
根据国内中小氨厂变换装置存在的腐蚀问题和总结本企业变换装置 10年来的实际腐蚀状况 ,分析并确定其问题根源 ,在本企业 4.5万吨氨 /年变换新装置中实施非传统的防腐蚀设计 。
The corrosion commonly found in shift conversion system in domestic small and middle-sized ammonia plants was analyzed. A corrosion-proof design, different from traditional designs, was applied to the new shift conversion system in the author's plant that produces 45,000 ton ammonia per year and has made good results.
