摘要
论述了目前正在市场上使用并将有较大需求的钢制铝制散热器内防腐蚀涂料的研制、检测和如何解决应用过程中出现的各种问题。研制阶段主要考虑合成树脂成膜的互穿网络结构特征以及添加颜填料对涂料性能的影响。针对不同的保护对象选择不同的颜填料 ,以确保在涂膜的附着力及内应力所构成的这对矛盾中 ,优良的附着成为矛盾的主要方面。检测方面的研究包括检测方法的选择 (宏观与微观 ,静态与动态 ,样片与产品等 )、检测条件 (温度条件、介质条件等 )的确定以及加速试验与工况寿命的相关性研究等等。本文给出了针对不同类型的涂料来选择不同检测方法 ,同时提出预测散热器涂料保护实际寿命的新思想。在散热器内防腐蚀涂料的应用研究中 ,本文主要强调涂装工艺的实施和易发生的问题 。
The present paper elucidates the preparing, test methods and how to resolve the problem in the process of application for corrosion protection of radiators made of steel and aluminum. In the stage of coating preparing, the influence of interpenetration structure of film formation and the composition of packing and pigment on the coating property were regarded. For different protection projects, selecting different pigments and packings could make the adhesive force become the principal aspect in the contradictory of adhesive force and the inner stress of the coating film. Study on the testing methods included the choice of the test methods (macro and micro, static and dynamic state, specimens and products), testing conditions (temperature and medium) and the relationship between accelerated test and the service life in practice etc. The paper proposes a new idea of using different test methods for evaluating the engineering life of different inner coatings. In the application study, the paper emphasizes the performance of lacquering technology and how to resolve the problem in industrial practice.
